A judge is Los Angeles says she’s gotta go in on June 5.

And get this – “she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or any electronic monitoring in lieu of jail,”

Seems the sexy heiress has violated her parole and she’s gonna be behind bars for 45 days.

Of course, you can imagine the movie deals that are going to come out of this for Paris. “Paris Behind Bars” anyone?
