Beer!!

Well you know Guy Caves loves us some beer and some getting our drink on.

So we have GREAT news for you!!

Drink your way to health!! Yep, you read it right - drinking combined with a little exercise is good for you!! Can I get a BIG HELL YEAH!! Seems some of those ever wacky scientists over in Denmark have conducted a study which proves what we’ve been telling our women for hundreds of years!!

“If you don’t want to exercise too much,” asks Dr. Morten Gronbaek, epidemiologist with Denmark’s National Institute of Public Health, “can you trade it for one to two drinks per day and be fine?” A study Gronbaek and colleagues just published in the European Heart Journal suggests the answer just may be yes. That finding, not surprisingly, has proved to be a crowd-pleaser.

So now you can say (with the full support of scientific evidence to back you up) “Baby, I’m gonna go to the bar for my workout”
